Cape San Blas Hot Sheet Review 02-19 to 02-25 ( 2011)

We reduced the price to $399K back December and we drew 3 offers and about 10 showing. Buyer paid $340K Cash. Seller and Buyer are both very happy to conclude this real estate transaction.
